COMPANY HISTORY
Grapevine Solutions was established in 2003 by a group of highly experienced wireless professionals.  The common vision among this group was to create a company to fill the gap for Tier 2 & Tier 3 wireless operators that often exists between an operator’s ability to grow and maintain their networks and the available products and service solutions.  Basically, our belief is you don’t have to be a Tier 1 carrier to be treated as one.  Too many times, vendor proposals do not adequately address a company’s needs in the areas of network growth and modification for projects once spectrum has been acquired.

Grapevine Solutions brings to the table a large number of experienced operators of wireless networks who are very capable in assisting a client who is interested in determining new methods of network operations which would result in lower cost of construction or operation as well as improvements in service quality and reductions in costs per minute.  Consequently, Grapevine Solutions is a technical consulting firm focused on supporting the existing technical staffs of wireless operators through all aspects of network planning, design, construction and operation.

As our client base began to experience the exciting value in our consulting services, Grapevine Solutions was asked if we could provide a broader leadership role in two key network deployment areas:  construction management of new market build-outs and a more focused involvement with engineering tasks.  As a result, Grapevine Solutions has continued to expand our realm of services to now include tower crews and civil crews capable of green-field site construction or collocations.  Additionally, we provide specialized individual or departmental mentoring to expand the knowledge and capability of new or existing operator personnel.

Grapevine Solutions is a Tennessee based General Contractor with authority to operate in many states across the southeastern United States.  Grapevine Solutions is an approved vendor for work on both American Tower and Crown Castle sites.

To provide knowledge, support, and resources to wireless carriers in their times of significant network growth or staff development.  We will position our experienced staff to allow our customers to efficiently supplement their current technical team while expanding their business and enhancing the quality of existing networks and systems.
